Cape Grace luxury hotel is situated on a private quay in the V&A Waterfront, flanked by a working dockyard on one side and Cape Town's yacht basin on the other. Table Mountain and Signal Hill provide a stunning backdrop.

• Penthouse - a true luxury experience, with spacious lounge and dining areas, walk-in closet, and a  top floor terrace offering spectacular views. (80 m2 )
• Three Bed suite - family-friendly and features three en-suite bedrooms, a separate kitchen, living area and dining facilities as well as a large balcony. (200 m2 )
• Two Bed suite - family-friendly with two private en-suite bedrooms with full kitchen, separate lounge, dining area  and balcony. (150 m2 )
• One Bed suite – with separate lounge and dining area and balconies overlooking Table Mountain and Signal Hill. (90 m2 )
• Rooftop Terrace – with French doors, a generous living area, separate dressing area and  step-out balconies. (35 m2)
• Rooftop Luxury - a loft-like room, with breakfast patio, reading area with books and separate dressing room. ( 35m2 )
• Superior- spacious room with balcony overlooking the Waterfront that is ideal for families due to a foldaway sofa. (50 m2 )
• Table Mountain Luxury – similar to the Rooftop Luxury ,with panoramic mountain and ocean views (45m2 )

Each room is custom designed with hand painted fabrics. All rooms have a separate bath, toilet and shower, satellite TV, and room safes. Room views vary greatly between ocean and mountain outlooks.

The Cape Grace luxury hotel exudes an understated elegance and strikes a sophisticated balance between modern and classical styles. The hotel was refurbished in 2009 and reflects a historical era of South Africa with a blend of modern furnishings.

THIS BOUTIQUE HOTELS SERVICE

Excellent friendly and personal service with formal undertones that make it feel a bit stiff at times. Checking in and out can be a bit lengthy, however the concierge service is pro-active and knowledgeable.

DINING AND BAR

• A full breakfast is served in your room or in Signal restaurant
• Drinks and snacks can be enjoyed at the mini bar, Bascule or  library
• Dinner is served in Signal restaurant. It offers fine dining and wine pairing options with a local twist but is curtailed by very steep prices and a lack of atmosphere at times.
