Laurent Deslandes the patron chef and his wife and partner Cyrillia opened a bistro in the strangest location in the Mother City.. It’s a fine dining experience masked as a bistro. Décor is funky, edgy but a bit cold, as some new additions have kept the streetwalkers at a distance. Laurent is French, uses the techniques taught to him in France, embraces local ingredients and voila! A culinary experience to remember. The blackboard menu changes regularly and the house specialties are gastronomical. It’s the finest dining experience close to the mountain. Oysters are a must and so is the steak tar-tare.Try the beef cheeks or the raw salmon as mains.
