A SIMPLIFIED PLAYGROUND HANDPICKED RESTAURANT

Fine dining in Cape Town? There are many quality restaurants in the Mother City,I have selected quite a few restaurants in the city area but could not find my absolute favourites. Admittedly, I had been skipping Savoy cabbage since my initial visit to Cape Town a few years ago.

Offal seems to be a specialty of the house, if you don’t eat it , well there is sufficient variety to appease any palette. Game features highly and the warthog was delicious. The service was great ,but the décor needs a lift and some music would give it a buzz. As my dining companion said it felt like a house loved and worn well by a distinguished lady. We left with good food and good wine and as far as fine dining is concerned its amongst the best in the city without the pretence that other award winners find necessary.
